Compassionate Support When You Need It Most
If you or a loved one is struggling, I would be happy to talk it through. I offer a range of services individually tailored to children, young people and adults. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to discuss concerns and to explore issues together.
My integrative approach involves a full assessment. Before beginning counselling sessions we agree on how to work together to provide effective support, with the establishment of realistic goals. If needed, I signpost to specialist services that may benefit your family. At the end of the counselling sessions I offer a parent review where we decide if any additional support is required and how parents may continue the process at home. My services are also available to organisations seeking workshops on neurodiversity - my special interest in this field allows me to offer a unique perspective.
