I work in an integrative way, providing face-to-face counselling. When working with children, I use play, art, storytelling and talk, to provide young people with time, for them to express their thoughts and feelings how they wish.
I aim to build upon each individual's self-esteem, resilience and personal growth in whatever challenges they face.
To respond to each family’s needs, time is given at the start of counselling with parents for assessment and to agree how we might work together – this will involve signposting to specialist services as required.
